Each experience listing indicates age requirements and suitability for children. Look for the "Family Friendly" tag or check the experience details for specific age recommendations.

What happens if weather affects my experience?

For outdoor experiences affected by weather, guides typically offer to reschedule or provide a full refund. Contact your guide directly through our messaging system to discuss options.

How are guides verified?

All guides on Aivygo undergo a verification process including identity verification, background checks, and proof of relevant licenses or certifications for their activities.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the specific experience and when you cancel. If you cancel within the free cancellation window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
