Communication Guidelines

For Travelers

  • Read experience descriptions carefully before booking
  • Ask questions about anything unclear before confirming
  • Inform hosts of any special requirements or accessibility needs
  • Confirm meeting points and times before the experience
  • Communicate promptly if you'll be late or need to cancel

For Hosts

  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
  • Provide clear meeting instructions and what to expect
  • Confirm bookings and send reminders before experiences
  • Be transparent about any limitations or requirements
  • Keep guests informed of any changes to the experience

Enforcement

We take violations seriously. Here's what happens when guidelines are broken.

Warning

First-time minor violations may result in a warning and education about our policies.

Temporary Suspension

Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary account suspension.

Permanent Ban

Severe violations or repeated offenses may result in permanent removal from AIVYGO.

Report a Violation

If you witness behavior that violates our guidelines, please report it. Your report will be reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.
