2. Eligibility

To use AIVYGO, you must:

• Treat hosts and other participants with respect
• Not engage in any harmful or disruptive behavior

4.2 For Hosts

As a host, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of your experiences
• Maintain all necessary licenses and permits
• Ensure guest safety during experiences
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner

5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings and payments must be made through the Platform. You agree:

• Not to circumvent the Platform for bookings or payments
• To pay all applicable fees and taxes
• That prices may vary and are subject to change
• To review and accept cancellation policies before booking

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by experience. Before booking, please review:

• The specific cancellation policy for each experience
• Refund timelines and conditions
• Host-initiated cancellation procedures

Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy and may take 5-10 business days.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.), you:

• Grant AIVYGO a non-exclusive license to use your content
• Represent that you have the right to share the content
• Agree not to submit illegal, offensive, or infringing content

All AIVYGO branding, logos, and platform design are our intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' rights
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Create fake accounts or reviews

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AIVYGO:

• Does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or user content
• Is not responsible for the actions of users
• Does not endorse any particular host or experience
• Makes no warranty of uninterrupted service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIVYGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Personal injury during experiences (hosts are responsible)
• Third-party actions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIVYGO harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others' rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration as a last resort

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated complaints from other users
• Extended periods of inactivity

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
